Shipping within Australia: Postage & Handling: Free standard shipping on all orders or AUD $9 Express Shipping. Free express shipping on orders over $300

All orders are shipped by Australia Post. Please allow 1 - 3 business days for Express Post and up to 7 business days for standard shipping. Processing time takes 2-3 business days before being dispatched 

International Shipping: Postage & Handling: $15 standard shipping on all orders or $40 for DHL Express shipping. $10 standard shipping for all New Zealand orders or $40 for DHL Express shipping. Free standard shipping on all orders over $350

All international standard shipping orders are shipped by Australia Post. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for standard shipping or DHL Express Post allow for 2-7 business days. Processing time takes 2-3 business days before being dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges: Due to hygiene reasons, please note that earrings cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault present, so please keep this in mind when purchasing. For all other items sold on our website, we offer a credit note minus shipping cost.

Refund for faulty items:If a fault has been found with your item, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to return them via Australia express post. Upon accepting the item we will then dispatch a replacement. However, please note that if there are signs of wear and the item is not in original packaging with promotional material, the product will be returned to the buyer at their expense. Items not received within this time frame will not be accepted.
