Returns & Exchanges

  1. Earrings Returns & Exchanges: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded unless a manufacturing fault is present. Please consider this policy before making your purchase.

  2. Return Process for Faulty Items: If a fault is found with your item, you have 7 days from the purchase date to return it via Australia Express Post. Once we receive the item, we will dispatch a replacement pair. Please note that items showing signs of wear, without original packaging and promotional materials, will be returned to the buyer at their expense. Items not received within this timeframe will not be accepted.

  3. Returns for Veils & Hair Accessories: All other items from Lolaknight may be exchanged or refunded if unworn and returned within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will not be issued if the item is not received within this timeframe. Lolaknight does not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. 

    There are no refunds or exchanges for any items apart of the outlet sale and sample sale.

  4. Return Process: Customers are responsible for safely returning the item(s) to Lolaknight. A tracking number must be provided for return shipments. Exchanges/refunds are processed once the returned item's condition is assessed. Refunds for domestic orders will be issued for the full item amount minus a $20 restocking fee and postage costs, if this option is chosen.   5. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please email us at sales@lolaknight.com.

  6. Additional Conditions: Lolaknight reserves the right to return the item(s) to the sender under the following circumstances: if the order is not returned within the specified timeframe, if the item is not in its original condition and packaging, or if the order is a custom design. Products purchased during sales may only be returned for a credit note if deemed faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If you are unsure as to whether your return has arrived, please check any tracking you may have used when posting the return back to us. Lolaknight is not liable for returned items lost in transit. For this reason it is the responsibility of the customer to register the returned package with Australia post or a courier and keep track of the tracking number.  We will not be held responsible for damaged items during postage back to us. Manufacturing faults do not include: damage or wear and tear, oxidized or faded plating, broken chain, cracked or broken stones or bending earrings etc.
