Returns & Exchanges:
Due to hygiene reasons, please note that earrings cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault present, so please keep this in mind when purchasing. For all other items sold on our website, we offer a credit note minus shipping and handling cost. All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Refund for faulty items:
If a fault has been found with your item, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to return them via Australia express post. Upon accepting the item we will then dispatch a replacement. However, please note that if there are signs of wear and the item is not in original packaging with promotional material, the product will be returned to the buyer at their expense. Items not received within this time frame will not be accepted.

If you are unsure as to whether your return has arrived, please check any tracking you may have used when posting the return back to us. Lolaknight is not liable for returned items lost in transit. For this reason it is the responsibility of the customer to register the returned package with Australia post or a courier and keep track of the tracking number.

We will not be held responsible for damaged items during postage back to us. Manufacturing faults do not include: damage or wear and tear, oxidized or faded plating, broken chain, cracked or broken stones or bending earrings etc.
