What is your bridal jewellery made from, and how do I care for it?

Our pieces are sterling silver and brass with 18K gold or silver plating, set with freshwater pearls and cubic zirconia. To keep them looking their best, put your jewellery on after perfume, hairspray and makeup, keep it dry, and store each piece in a sealed zip-lock bag between wears to help prevent tarnishing.

How quickly will my bridal jewellery arrive?

Standard shipping is free on all Australian orders. Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days and usually arrive 1–3 days later. Need it sooner? Express shipping is $10, or free on orders over $300. We recommend ordering your wedding jewellery at least a month before the day.

Can I return bridal jewellery?

For hygiene reasons, earrings can't be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing fault, which must be reported within 7 days. Unworn veils and bridal bags can be returned for a refund within 7 days of receiving them (veils less a $25 restocking fee; bags less shipping). See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
